Terms & Conditions: Cwmdwyfran Farm Holiday Cottages

Booking & Deposits

Provisional booking must be confirmed within seven days of booking by sending a deposit of one third of the total cost of the holiday.

The balance of the booking must be received 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Where bookings are made less than 4 weeks of the holiday start date the full booking cost should be paid within 7 days of the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation notification of more that 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
If you notify us of the cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date only the non refundable deposit will be retained. Any other monies will be returned to you.

Cancellation notification of less than 4 weeeks prior to the start of the holiday
If notification of cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date and we are unable to re let the property for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where the cottage is re let for the same period the non refundable deposit will be retained and and any other monies paid will be returned to you.

We strongly recommed that you consider taking out a holiday cancellation policy.

Arrivals & Departures

Your cottage will be available to you from 4pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure.

Lettings run from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome at an extra cost of £15 per week. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms so please bring your own dog beds with you. Pets will not be left unattended in the cottages however we do provide a kennel facility for those wishing to go out for the day.

We have a strict no smoking policy within the cottages.
